Rohit Mohan, Head of Design, Emaar MGF Land Ltd, brings with him almost 18 years of working experience across major real estate organizations. At Emaar MGF, Mohan is responsible for design and technical operations, integrating marketing and branding positions into the development process, thus enhance customer focus and quality of end product within an evolving corporate management and revamp of operations. Some of the prestigious projects under his belt include the recent design and execution of over 3000 premium residential apartments in NCR, 2.5 mn sq ft of IT, educational institutes, 3 townships of over 1000 acres each, townships for cement plants and hydropower plants.

Rohit Mohan has done his Bachelors of Architecture from Punjab Technical University. A member of the Council of Architects (COA) from 1997, he has remarkable understanding in designing & co-ordination of multi-storied office complexes, shopping malls, hotels, urban development, residential and institutional buildings, etc. He is a certified leader in “Safety Efforts”. His strong leadership track record across managing a range of mega projects, both in size, complexity and speed of operation, has enabled the successful completion of a number of technically complex projects. Mohan’s keen focus on Master Planning, Infrastructure Design, Architecture and Principle Engineering are added assets that lend themselves to the successful completion of projects.
